In a bold move to enhance its presence in Malaysia’s prestigious TRX Mall, ECCO created a high-impact launch event, featuring KOLs, interactive games, and a dynamic experience designed to captivate and engage luxury shoppers.

Challenges

ECCO needed to drive significant foot traffic to the store opening, focusing on attracting a large number of Malaysians. The challenge was to effectively inform and engage loyal customers about the event and its activities, ensuring strong attendance and participation.

 

Ideas

To address this challenge, we proposed a comprehensive communication strategy using EDM and social media. This included crafting targeted email campaigns and creating engaging social media posts to spread awareness about the opening and the planned activities. Our goal was to inform and excite ECCO’s customer base while encouraging them to visit the new store.

We crafted and delivered targeted EDMs to ECCO’s loyal customers, ensuring they were well-informed about the store opening and event details. During the campaign, we drove continuous engagement with frequent, eye-catching social media updates featuring event highlights and reminders. Our team also attended the opening, capturing on-site photos to use in real-time social media posts, enhancing engagement and supporting the event’s success.
