Sony, a global powerhouse in consumer electronics with products ranging from industry-leading headphones and TVs to the renowned PlayStation, faced a formidable challenge. Launching My Sony Rewards, a new customer loyalty program across the SEA region (SG, MY, PH, TH, ID, VN), required more than just typical marketing efforts.

Sony Malaysia sought our expertise to craft and execute an effective EDM and social media strategy to ensure the program’s successful introduction and widespread impact.
