It was 2020 when the world nearly came to a halt. Most business activities were stunted as a result of the pandemic, big and small companies suffered, but mostly the smaller businesses were the ones who went out of business as a result of the pandemic — and that is where we saw the problem.

During the pandemic, small businesses suffered the most because they lacked the resources—financial, technical, and human—to quickly shift from traditional methods to digital channels.
Larger companies, with their broader resources, were able to pivot and survive through digital media, leaving many smaller firms scrambling.
Observing these struggles, we founded Kredence Creative Solutions (KCS) at the height of the crisis. Our mission was simple: to help businesses navigate the digital landscape and harness digital tools for sustainable growth.
